Returns & Exchanges

At Purple Rose Supply Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original retail packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
